Justice and Housing Symposium

As part of the 2024 PPE Society conference, the co-editors of Politics, Philosophy, and Economics are organizing a three-session interdisciplinary symposium. The topic this year is “Justice and Housing.” The first two sessions will feature three papers each from the disciplines of philosophy, economics and political science. In the third session we will have a roundtable with all participants, in which we explore connections across the papers.

The format for these sessions differs from typical conference sessions: our hope is to have an in-depth discussion of the papers and the issues they raise. Participants who sign up to the symposium are expected to read the papers ahead of time.

Those who wish to participate in these sessions can register their interest below using the form. The papers will be made available to participants at least two weeks before the conference. Please do not sign up unless you are committed to attending the sessions, as audience participation will be limited to 25 people.
